Terms & Guarantees
Payment
SS Corns and Exotics acceptable payment methods is PayPal only. You may use a credit or debit card when using PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to process credit/ debit cards. There will be a 4% service charge added to the total including shipping for all PayPal payments.
Payment in full is required before shipping. Shipping arrangements will be made after payment. Failure to accept shipment date within 30 days of payment, unless caused by weather, will result in abandonment, and full payment will be forfeited to me.
Shipping
All shipping arangements will be made after payment in full is made. All shipping is done FedEx Priority Overnight, with a next-day delivery by 10:30. Shipping will cost a flat fee of $60 unless otherwise stated. All orders of $500.00 and over will recieve free shipping. I am FedEx Certified to ship Live Reptiles and all packaging will meet or exceed FedEx standards.
Any live animals will only be shipped if the tempature is between 40F and 90F. SS Corns and Exotics reserve the right to delay shipping if the weather conditions are unsafe. Shipments will be made Monday thru Wednesday only. SS Corns and Exotics is certified to ship to the continental United States only. The best and safest way to take delivery is to pick-up at the nearest FedEx Hub.
All shipment deliveries must be signed for by an adult. All Shipment deliveries must be recieved on first delivery attempt. If they are not signed for or recieved on first attempt all guarantees are void. SS Corns and Exotics is not responsible for shippers delay.
Guarantees
SS Corns and Exotics guarantees that all animals will arrive alive/ healthy/ and sexed properly. We also guarantee that every animal was eating when it left our facility ( hatchlings will have eaten 3 appropriate size meals and shed at least once.) SS Corns and Exotics does not guarantee that any animal will eat with in 48 hours and we do not reccomend that any animal is fed this soon after shiping and put into a new home (see care sheet.)
In the event the a animal arrives dead a phone call and email are required within 2 hours of signed delivery time. The email must contain clear photos of the animal with a measurable object next to the animal. 3 pictures are required, 1 dorsal (top), 1 ventral (bottom), and 1 picture of the animal draped over a pencil or similar object. There can be no hands or other objects in the photos other than the animal and the measurable item which can not be in contact with the animal. The deceased animal will need to be recieved by SS Corns and Exotics immediately before any compensation will be made.
Any Health or Sexing issues will need to be adressed within 48 hours of signed delivery time. Health and Sexing issues must be documented through a certified vetrinarian report and sent to SS Corns and Exotics. Any compensation for any animal will only be made after safe arrival of the animal to SS Corns and Exotics. Medical diagnosis expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Any compensation made will cover the cost of the animal only (excludes shipping and/or PayPal charges) and will be either cash or credit depending on individual circumstances.
Other
SS Corns and Exotics is not responsible to know the laws and regulations in your area. This is the buyers responsibility.
SS Corns and Exotics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
